No More Good Byes

The great lesson I learned and will always remember is: God is big enough to handle my anger. He is not fragile and He is not like humans who cannot deal with anger directed towards them. God is now, and will always be, big enough for your anger, pain, hurt, fear and any other actions and emotions you may throw at Him or question Him about. He may give you the answers now. In the words of an old hymn, “We will understand it better by and by.”

In order to get the comfort of God, the guidance of God and the power of God, we must have the Holy Spirit. In order to have the Holy Spirit you must go through Christ Jesus. In order for you to have power, it can only come from God through the Son Jesus, released by the Holy Spirit.

Just like an electrical circuit, in order to get the power you must go to the source. The power source is God. You cannot go to the power source without an outlet, which is Jesus. You cannot have the power or use the outlet unless you have a plug to plug into the outlet, which is the Holy Spirit. Do you have the one and only living God?

Who is God?

1- God is Alpha and Omega (Revelations 22:13)
2- God is the ultimate creator (Genesis 1:1)
3- God is All Powerful (Nahum 1:3)

Does God really love me?

God loves us so much that He implemented 5 actions to exhibit His love:
  1. He created us. Sorry to burst your bubble—your parents did not create you. No, you are not adopted and you do not need to call the Maury show. Your parents gave birth to you but did not create you—God did. Genesis 2:7 Isaiah 43:1-7 Isaiah 57:15
  2. God created heaven and the earth: Now that is some real power. Heaven is a permanent place filled with harmony, peace, blessings and no sin. We can live forever in heaven—and in a better condition—without the daily struggle of making right and wrong decisions. Genesis 1:1 Matthew 5:12 Matthew 13:44 Revelation 21:4
  3. All humans have free will to do whatever they want on the current earth. God never forced us to serve Him, nor does He force us to make good decisions. John 14:15
  4. God gave us a gift of repentance and salvation by sending His son Jesus. God sent Jesus to forgive our sins and to reconnect us to our Father God, who granted us mercy and grace. By accepting Jesus we will have eternal life in heaven. What is mercy? It is having a “Get out of jail/hell free” card. Even though we committed the crime, we do not have to pay the time. What is grace? Grace is: We don’t deserve eternal life or the power of God, but God gave it to us anyway because He loves us. Matthew 19: 16-26 Romans 10:9-10
  5. God gave us power through the Holy Ghost, which God put on the inside of all believers. That power can give us comfort, it can guide us, and it helps us to remember the life Jesus lived because it is Christ Jesus’ Holy Spirit. Ephesians 1: 13 Matthew 1:20-21 John 3:3-5 John 16:7-8 John 16:13-15 John 14:16, 17 and 26 Romans 8: 9

How can God love us and allow tragedies to occur?
My loved one was great and did not sin. Why did he/she die so soon?
