1- VISIT WITH THE GRIEVING AND GIVE AS MANY HUGS AS NEEDED
No words or very little words are needed at this time. If you must say something say I love you. I am here for you. Silence can be golden. If the grieving wants to talk be supportive and follow
their lead.
2- ASSIST WITH DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES
Prepare and plan meals and snacks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Clean inside and outside the home. Do laundry if need be.
3- MAKE PHONE CALLS
Ask if you can make phone calls for them.
4- ASSIST WITH FUNERAL NEEDS
Ask if they need any assistance with funeral arrangements.
5- COME BY MORE THAN YOU CALL

6- PRAY THAT GOD WILL COMFORT THEM
7- PRAISE GOD FOR COMFORTING AND HEALING THEM
8- DO NOT FORGET AFTER THE FUNERAL THE GRIEVING WILL NEED YOU MORE
